Refund policy

we hope you end up loving your purchases, but we understand if it doesn't work for you. all purchases may be returned for store credit only up to 14 days from the date of delivery. the item(s) must be in the original, unworn and unused condition with the original tags still on the item.

Returns received within 14 days of delivery, we'll inspect for signs of wear or use, if item is deemed in returnable condition, we’ll issue you store credit minus shipping cost.  if item is deemed to not be in returnable condition, your items will be shipped back to you at your expense. we reserve the right to refuse a refund on product if the product appears to be damaged by the customer.

if an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email (wearroo247@gmail.com) within the first 3 days. item cannot be washed or worn when claimed as a damage. after 3 days, we can no longer be responsible. 

Sale items
all sale items are final sale. sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes, store credit codes, markdowns, & popup shops. any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged.  return shipping
all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases, returns & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.
